Fixes and Changes

With today's server save, a number of fixes and changes have been implemented:
- We have fixed an issue where perks in the Wheel of Destiny were not highlighted when hovered over or selected.
- We have fixed an issue where moonsilver custodians in the Mimar Haffar boss fight could be prevented from teleporting to the boss arena.
- We have fixed an issue where the adventurer backpack was displayed with the icon of a regular backpack in the Char Bazaar.
- We have made some further improvements to client stability and performance.
