Haunted Hunters

The Haunted Hunter is the embodiment of a vicious, relentless predatory instinct preserved beyond death. Its form is that of a monstrous bear's skeleton, animated by the force of unlife. Some say the spirits bound to these bones were once apex predators, now cursed to hunt forever. The glowing of a faint, sickly light in the joints and skull, betrays the malignant spirit that was fused to its bones. More unnervingly, it does not hunt alone. With guttural, spectral roars, it calls forth lesser bear skeletons to form packs, striking with unnerving coordination.
