The Navigator was a crewmember in his former life. When he was shipwrecked he was forced to dive deep underwater where he eventually encountered the Deeplings. The Deeplings believed the Navigator's figure resembled that of their god, Qjell, and hailed him as though he were. He is now commanding the Deeplings, leading a war against The Hive. Part of the Liquid Black Quest. Talk to him to receive the Navigational Error achievement.
