Orc leaders fight to the death and chase their enemies while throwing Throwing Knives at them.
These dangerous creatures can throw strong Knives to kill the enemy if they try to escape.Orc Leaders can also drop Orc Tusks during raids of the Machinery of War Quest.
Orc Leaders are the commanders of the orcs' army. They are quite clever and know how to arrange the different troops - warriors, berserkers, spearmen, and shamans - to form powerful squads. They themselves are quite strong fighters that use even throwing knives.
History
Although the sprites for orc leader were implemented on Update 6.0, the first known spawns of this creature were possibly only implemented with the Ulderek's Rock on Update 6.1.
