Every ship requires a loyal crew, usually consisting of former sailors, escaped prisoners and treasure hunters alike. Each member has a specific role ensuring the ship remains functional and prepared for battle, even during the harshest conditions on the open sea. The sea captain is the respected leader of the pirate crew, capable of commanding, navigating and leading the way of the dangerous crew to their desired wealth. Often depicted wearing a tricorne and fine coat, the captain would lead the attack, showing off their remarkable skills in close-quarters sword fighting to anyone bold enough to fight back.
