Fixes and Changes

Tibians!
With today's server save, we have implemented the following fixes and changes:
- We fixed an issue where the Fatal Bug boss sometimes spawned with very low HP.
- We fixed an issue where mobs were not spawning during the Warlock boss fight.
- We fixed an issue where knight and monk received a wrong health potion at start on Newhaven.
- Uncommon creatures are now included in the Soulseals selection list.
- Adventurer and Fatal Bug can no longer be trapped via magic walls or wild growth.
- We fixed an issue where Mission 4 in the Cradle of Monsters quest could not be completed.
