Fixes and Changes 

Dear Tibians!

With today's server save, we have implemented the following fixes and changes:

• We fixed an issue where free account players could not enter houses in Targuna.
• We have added a protection zone to the bank in Targuna.
• We fixed an issue where the players did not get the green check mark after completing the Targuna quest.
• On its first kill, the Herald of Fire now drops a lesser proficiency catalyst instead of the regular version. The lesser catalyst grants reduced weapon proficiency progress.
